Virtual Numbers Reboot

25th Oct 2017

On the 20th of October, our upstream provider of virtual numbers blocked our account without warning. We've tried to renegotiate access to the account but without success.

We've now got a new provider of virtual numbers. The change should mostly be transparent to new customers, but existing customers who already had virtual numbers will no longer be able to use those numbers as we no longer have access to them.

To say sorry, we've refunded 1 month of virtual number credit per virtual number that was still active. To check that you received this, go to the billing page and check that there is a charge of -0.0020 BTC for each virtual number you owned.
